With the exception of art commissions, you must own the character rights of the character you are looking to commission.

Tsfcreations will make a design plan based on provided reference images, the commission pieces will be made as close as possible to this design plan. Once the design plan is approved by the buyer, any design/ material changes may no longer be possible/ guaranteed. If the commissioner would still like a design/ material change, an extra fee might be added.

WIP's must be approved by the buyer before Tsfcreations can proceed to work on the commission any further. These WIP pictures will be provided during the base, furring and detailing stage, but are not limited to them. The commissioner may also receive occasional silly pictures.

Tsfcreations will build the commission to look as close as possible to the character's look on the design plan based on the sent character sheets, altough logically stylized to fit Tsfcreations's style of product. 

Small adjustments can be made along the way incase requested during WIP approval. That is if these changes are within reason. If a WIP has already been approved, and the requested change goes against the previously approved product, change might no longer be possible or cost an extra fee. Tsfcreations will provide as much flexibilty as possible to make sure the product will look as desired!

Payment can be done through PayPal, a payment link (like Tikkie) or a bank transfer. 
Half of the payment for the commission must be done before any work on the commission starts, the other half must be done as soon as the commission is finished. Once the item has been fully paid, it will be sent out to the commissioner. 

A Tsfcreations commissioner must always agree to the TOS before agreeing to a commission and making a payment.

Tsfcreations does not provide refunds unless a very rare occasion happens in which Tsfcreations has to end the commission process. This has never been an issue, as shipping is insured and everything will tried to be done to grant the buyer's commission-wishes!

Colors in references will be matched as close as possible when fabric is being picked. The buyer will be asked, and is more than welcome to give insight during this process. Tsfcreations aims to make sturdy, good quality products, however what happens to the products after being shipping cannot be controlled by Tsfcreations. Any issues occured during of after shipping are not Tsfcreations fault nor responsibily. To make sure the created products last as long as possible, the buyer must take care of them well. This is the buyer's own responsibility.

Any product will be finished as soon as possible, however there is no set turnaround time. If the buyer wishes to receive their commission before a certain date, they must mention this during the 'quote' stage. This may add an extra fee to the commission, or may not be possible (during that time). This however STILL doesn't guarantee the deadline will be met! As Tsfcreations is not a fulltime maker, other responsibilities or situations might get in the way. The commissioner will of course receive plenty updates to have an idea of how the process is going!

Tsfcreations is allowed to cancel or decline a commission at any point. 

Tsfcreations is allowed to change their T.O.S. and prices at any point. 

All shipping costs and possible additional import fees must be paid by the buyer. Picking up an order is also possible. 

Tsfcreations's watermarks or labels are NOT allowed to be removed from Tsfcreations's work!

The buyer's commission may appear in different forms of content for all of Tsfcreations's (social) platforms. 

Tsfcreations does not create NSFW work, and Tsfcreations's products/work may not be used in any (publicly available) NSFW content.

Tsfcreations's work may not be used for anything commercial unless agreed to. This may increase the price of the product/commission. 

If a commission was ended for any reason, and Tsfcreations was left with a W.I.P/ materials they may use this for any other project. Tsfcreations will however NEVER sell a copy of someone's character.
